我有一位來美國快半年的朋友，她是J1，半年簽證。現在想延期幾個月。學校說她必須到第三國和回國簽證，才能延期。有人說一年J1簽證容易延期。是不是這樣？
-The school is wrong and she can extend her J1 within US if her I-94 has not expired yet. It is very simple perocedure and just need her school International Scholar Office to issue a new DS-2019 form and then, the Office send the application to DOS for approval. That is all.
