護士本科似乎沒法申請H1簽證--a friend said so

A friend recently told me that she could not use 護士本科 to apply for H-1 because Americans can fill the 護士 positions. So she used up her OPT for the nurse position, and then got a lab job with her Master's degree at the same hospital. Later she applied for GC using EB3.
