1-140 批了， 不知道， 昨又寄PP 費，可以退？

我的140 在網上查不到，昨天寄出去PP費，估計沒有收到，同天下午收到批準信， 請問這個費能退？

信上說去當地移民辦要485 表， 請問可以下載嗎？
