EAD Renewal 與工作無關，即換什麽工作、有沒有工作,都不影響一年後 EAD Renewal approval.理論上，EAD 可以無條件、無限 renew.

在I-485 Pending > 180天後換工作,隻有換成相近似的工作, I-485 不受影響。

若非“相近似工作”,需要與新雇主重新提交I-485。請問：此情況下,是否要重新提交I-140呢?

-Yes. For example, you are a software engineer for the old I-140, but your new job is the salesman, you need to file new PERM/I-140.

以前的priority date 還適用嗎？
