Do some research in Pjiang's blog you will find the relevant rules. It will not affect you even they revoke the 140 (based on what my lawyer told me, the company normally does not want to do that, if they revoke, all the cases they submit will be challenged), as long as you change to similar jobs. I change similar jobs using the rule. But I keep good relationship with my first company, so there is no revoke, in fact, they might not even know they can revoke.
