how to contact USCIS

各位老師，

我於今年一月份遞交了458， 想聯係一下USCIS看我的case有沒有已經pre-adjudicated。但打電話到1-800-375-5283 隻有錄音電話。請問各位老師給個有用的電話號碼可以與USCIS工作人員直接談話。
