替朋友問的，結婚綠卡，I-130還沒批，有辦法催嗎？

-If your friend's spouse is a US citizen to file the I-130, it is unusual for the I-130 pending so long, so call USCIS or visit the local office to see what happened. But if the I-130 was filed by the green card holder, it is still normal. But not hurt to contact USCIS.
