EB1已送2月，和律師溝通不同意PP，說易招來REF再等二個月，可能4個月有消息了。
我的問題是，由於時間緊，小子年紀（21YEAR OLD）問題等
1． 如果PP，招來REF， 是不是補件後， 這個PP 過了15天沒效？這個補件重新排隊了？補件後平均再等多長時間有結果？ 能不能再PP 一次。
-Not need second time. USCIS will make a decison very soon after they receive your response to the RFE in this case. By the way, your child CSPA age was frozen (no age-out problem) in the date when you file EB1-I-140 (EB1 PD was current at that time), so you (primary applicant) and your child need to file I-485 any time from now to < one year after your child 21th birthdate. So, as long as the EB1 PD continue to be current, I don't think you need to use PP (you may accept your lawyer's suggestion).
