因女兒要申請醫學院，485遞了因排期倒退來不及批，f 身份鐵定放進外國人pool,錄取率微呼其微，現在有A number, 有EAD 和 AP, 用 AOS 還是 parole 更貼近 permanent resident?
-To be parolee, your child needs to go outside US and then, enter US using AP, thus she can get the parolee status (I-94) for one year which can be qualified for the financial aid from Federal Government. To be AOS, you do not need to do anything and after the non-immigraiton status ends, you will be automatially be AOS as long as you have a pending I-485.
