大師們，見過這麽多的RFE嗎？兼問問題

不知為什麽朋友說發不了帖，我替她發一下。原文如下：

前幾天收到ＲＦＥ信，信裏一共有四個RFE，讓我8月1日之前做出回答，下麵要的文件我有的已經提供過了，是不是移民局弄丟了，具體問題如下：

The first RFE:

You must submit a currently dated letter from your intended permanent employer, describing your present job duties and position in the organization, your proffered position (if different from your current one), the date you began employment and the offered salary or wage. This letter should be in the original and signed by an executive or officer of the organization who is authorized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. The letter should indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist.

我的問題：

我的工作單位沒變，這封信報485時也交過，我認為是照著上麵寫的擬稿的，如果說移民局整丟了，我倒不擔心，如果沒有整丟，那麽怎麽說才讓移民局明白我工作單位寫的信 indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certification) continue to exist？


the second RFE:

Submit a list describing your employment history since your last lawful admission to the U.S. This list shall include the name and location of each employer, the job titles, the exact dates of employment in the month/day/year format. Please note that the list must identify all employment undertaken as a student to include curricular practical training and optional practical training.

我的問題：

我可能不完全記得CPT和OPT的確切工作時間，我隻記得月份和年，具體開始的哪一天不記得，但是我記得
我全職工作的開始與結束時間，如果我在學生期間隻寫個大概時間，就是八九不離十的時間，可以嗎

The third RFE:

Please submit evidence that any and all employment since your last admission on February 22, 2001 has been authorized by this service. Such evidence may include copies of

Employment Authorization documents granted to you by this service
Form I-797 approval notices, showing you were granted status in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant classification;

Copies of Form I-94 Arrival/Departure Records showing you were admitted to the U.S. in an employment-authorized nonimmigrant status; and/or

Copies of properly annotated Form I-20 AB if applicable.

這個沒問題，我都交過，隻好再重新交一遍。

The fourth RFE:

Please submit copies of all I-20 AB’s issued to you regarding your student status. This should include the I-20AB documenting your transfer to University A.


當學生期間，曾經去過一次加拿大，但是對方沒有給新的I－94，但是在I－20上蓋了章， 這個蓋了章的I－20交485時沒有交。看來現在得補上。

另外，在填485時，LAST PORT OF ENTRY沒有填加拿大，反而填了DETROIT，這可能是移民官要所有I－20的原因。問題A：是不是移民局能查到我最後入關的時間。問題二：LAST PORT OF ENTRY填錯了，有很大關係嗎？問題三：我的RFE移民官是NSC/EX0656，是不是我交上的RFE還會回到他那批？
