回複：MAIL "REQUEST EVIDENCE" WITH FAMILY TO USCIS FOR I-485

 

USCIS needs new I-797A’s and EAD’s after filed I-485. But my family didn’t get this request. The letter shows only my case #. Same as my case, they need too ( H4’s, EAD’s, I-20’s).  Right?

Should I mail all of us documents to USCIS?

>> No.  Wait for the request for theirs own and mail accordingly and seperately.

Need copies of blank pages of new passport?

>> No.  Only the pages with anything (marks, stamps, notes, etc.) on them.

 We mailed I-485’s together before.

>> It has nothing to do with this time and there after.
