我們的兒子有出生醫學證明，在申請I-485時，需要出生公證嗎？謝謝！
-If that 出生醫學證明 indicated that your son's name, date of birth, place of birth and the parents' names, then just ask one of yoru friends to translate it into Englsih and then, go to the bank to notarize your friend's signature in the translation copy. Your friend needs to write a statement on the copy that he/she knows both Chinese and English very well.
Then, provide the copy of the 出生醫學證明 and translation copy for the I-485 filing.
