Thank all of you. I actually have done whatever I can, such as a few times Service Requests, Congressman inqiry, local office infopass, but unfortulately all of them came back with the same answer: "under aditional review, wait for another 6 months". However I haven't tried Senator yet, thanks for your suggestion, I'll try this. Since it will be "U" for EB2-C from next month, don't know if there is still a chance in May.
