I-485 (EB-3)7/2007大潮交了，priority date 12/2005.2010年換公司，2011年從新申請，I-140 4/2012 批了，priority date carried over successfuly from EB-3 to EB2.律師說不需要再通知移民局，2007 年交的I-485會自動處理也不需要再打指紋或體檢。

-You or your lawyer need to request USCIS to relink/interfile your pending I-485 from EB3 I-140 to your EB2 I-140 by writing. Have you done the I-485 interfiling yet? If yes, just wait for USCIS to approve it. Because there is not visa number available for EB2 in June 2012, you may have to wait until  October 2012 for the quote of 2013 if your I-485 is not approved in May 2012.

現在一個多月過去了一點動靜都沒聽到，我是不是應該催一下，或讓律師寫信詢問一下？
