(1)關於TAX FORM , 除了 FEDERAL TAX FORM １０４０， 需不需要COPY W２， BANK INTEREST STATEMENT， STOCK １０９９， TAX FORM RELATED WITH DEPENENTS，ETC。

-Just provide the copies of the 1040 and the W2 of your 2011 tax return.

(2) 假如 被LAY OFF， 家庭收入為０，需要多少 ASSET，銀行儲款才能證明破１２５％貧窮線。

-Your assets (e.g. bank deposit, stocks, cash value of house, etc.) have to be 5 times of the amount you need to meet 125% poverty line. For example, you need to have total income $10,000 to meet the requirement (125%), but your working income (salary) in 2011 was $9,000, so you still need $1,000 to meet the requirement. Then, you have to prove your assets can provide cash: 5 X 1000 = $5,000. Thus, you can meet 125% of poverty line by providing $5,000 of your assets (e.g. bank savings, stocks, etc.).
