如果我在180天後辭職了, 公司B沒有撤回140 amendment, 那我的485是不是得140 amendment被批準了以後才會被批呢?

-As I said above, the I-140 amendment is irrelevant to your I-485 and that means it will not affect your I-485 approval no matter whether it is pending, approved, or denied.

 到10月我的PDcurrent了, 140 amendment還沒批準, 我又已經離開公司B了, 我的485會被deny麽?

我LD打算180天後用EAD換工作, 這個140 amendment影響他的EAD麽
