到皮老師博客看了關於H1B Cap的文章，有幾個問題不是很清楚。
1，如果是現有Cap Exempt（比如是為政府機構或非營利機構工作） 在六年後，轉入另外一個Cap Exempt性質的H1B，或者就是在原有雇主那裏在六年後續延，是否還有必須出境一年才可以再申請H1B的限製？
-No as long as you are qualified for the H1 extension beyond the 6 year limit such as you have an approved I-140 or PERM filing in advance at least one year before your 6 H1 ends. If you are not qualifed for the H1 extension beyond the 6 year H1 limit, you have to stay outside US for at least one year to be qualified h1 again.
2， 家庭孩子都在美國（配偶有自己獨立的工作身份），如果出境一年就要麵臨自己和家庭孩子兩地分居一年的局麵，有沒有任何辦法不出境（比如以配偶親屬的身份申請非工作簽證，隻是為了跟家人在一起），並且在一年後還能再申請工作簽證的可能或者辦法？
-You can stay in US with another type of status, but you can not get the H1 status unless you leave US for one year.
3，以上情況是否隻是針對中國護照持有者，如果是對加國居民，是否會有不同，還是沒有任何不同？
-The principle applys to every H1 holder no matter what country passport he/she has.
