老師你好，有一個關於I-751申請期間回國的問題。申請已於3月份發出目前正在等待批準階段。本人計劃8月份回國幾個星期，臨時綠卡將於6月份過期（由於VSC目前批準速度極其緩慢，預期年底才能收到正式綠卡）。在瀏覽一些美國網站的時候發現他們說僅憑過期綠卡和一年的extension letter就可以。 翻閱過您以前的答複，您建議還需要infopass在護照上麵蓋章。 不知道在護照上蓋章是不是一個必須的步驟，曾在美國網站上發現有這樣的情況--USCIS在申請人出示extension letter後拒絕蓋章。請您證實一下。如果是必須步驟，我將make an infopass appointment asap. 麻煩您了！
-You do not have a problem to enter US by just presenting the conditional green card and the extension letter, but I am not 100% sure whether the Chinese Customs officer allow you to get out of China or board the airplane. So, for the safest, I still suggest you to get the green card stamp on your passport.
You may just show the I-751 filing receipt, green card and your passport the IO for the green card stamp (not show the extension letter).
