時間緊迫，請皮匠大俠看看怎麽解決，J-1 沒豁免還能回來麽？

J-1在身， US國務院網上查到，他們4月30號剛剛收到中國政府的不持異議信，但是還沒有收到美國的正式通知我已經豁免了。和美國公民結婚，我先生早已經遞交了I-130。我6月中旬要回中國。請問，我怎麽樣才能8月份回美國？ 我現在應該遞交485嗎？
