J1簽證即將到期，可妻子懷孕，想把孩子生在美國，至少一年後才可回國，是否會有簽證方麵的問題？

-If her J2 I-94 expires and she stays in US illegally for > 180 days or > one year, she will be subjected to 3-year or 10-year bar after she leaves US.
