謝老師回複，小妹B2身份來美3月後與一公民結婚，現欲轉身份，請賜教該如何進行？

-Then,  she does not need to change her non-immigration status and just ask her spouse to file I-130 and she files I-485 at the same time to get the green card any time. Had better wait for a few months to do it (e.g. just do it just before the B2 expires or a little bit later). Please note that her unlawful presence does not affect her I-485 filing and approval.
