PJ，8老師，我2011年7月底同時遞交140和485（EB1-A），3個月後收到Combo卡，同年12月140獲 批，但之後485一直就沒有任何進展，網上顯示Initial Review。好不容易等到USCIS更新485的Processing Date，上周由律師提交了Service Request。今天USCIS再次更新485的Processing Date到2011-9-9，但我卻收到USCIS對SR的答複：“We areactively processing this case. However, we have to perform additional review on this case and this has caused a longer processing time.”
看上去這就是個模板式的答複，沒有任何實質內容，也沒說清楚我的485 case到底有什麽問題，還讓我繼續等待“6 months of this letter”。
請問信裏麵說的“additional review ”一般指的是什麽啊？ - No special meaning
還能采取其它什麽行動敦促他們處理我的Case嗎？ - It does not eliminate your options
我的case在TSC，我查了一下，我前麵好幾個485 case都被轉到了NSC，後麵好幾個485 都已經批了，唯獨剩下我的這個7月底的485 留在TSC，不知道問題出在哪了？
