上個星期網上說 RFE sent for intinal Evidence.今天收到了eb 2 485 RFE:
Submit a letter of employment attesting to your offer of proposed employment. This letter should be written on the company's offical letterhead.........
請問我沒有申請國家利益豁免，遞交140後也沒有換工作，為什麽我還會收到這種RFE？我的485不會出什麽問題吧？
-It is normal for some IO to ask this letter. Just ask your employer (Director of HR) to give you such a letter indicating your position title, duties, salary, when you was employed by this company and this job has no definite term and you have the expectation to be employed continually. Then, you will be OK.
