我的485已交，也剛收到EAD/AP不久，從現在的形勢看來綠卡拿到還有一兩年。問題我的H1b今年底六月就6年到期了，我的律師沒有幫我辦H1b延期，請問我的情況要不要辦H1b延期呢？因為萬一485 被據,是不是就沒身份了了，對嗎？

-I suggest you to extend your H1 status beyond the 6 year limit before your current H1 expires. Otherwise, if your I-485 is denied (e.g. you lose your job) after your 6 year h1 expires, you have no change to get the h1 any more unless you stay outside US for one year. Thus, you do not have a legal status to stay in US after your I-485 denial.
