正在辦H1B transfer，準備回國一趟，回來的時候準備用AP回來。如果回來以後再交H1B transfer，應該沒有問題吧？

要是還沒回來，H1B transfer就給遞上去了，那還能用AP回來嗎？
-Yes, but there are some problems you need to consider:
1. you can not work for the new employer after you return to US using AP if the H1 tranfer is still pending; but you can work after the H1 transfer is approved.
2. you can not work at all for the new employer if the H1 transfer is approved during your travel in China and you use AP to enter US (your parolee I-94 oeveride the H1 I-94 before you work for the H1 sponsor) unless your empoyer file h1 petition again; but if you get the h1 visa to enter US (use the new H1 approval notice), then you will be OK to work in this case.
