H1B was denied last week on the ground that company does not seem to have a need for software engineer (we and the lawyer did not state the company mission properly), but just got TN today. In order to apply for green card, we are thinking to apply for H1b again. Could we apply right away? This time, we will state clearly the nature of the company and the critical role of the software engineer. What's the chance for us to get H1b?
