Although the requirement says the futher salary, it usaully is calculated by immigration officers in a way adding 10-20% on your current salary for the future salary since it is hard to predict a future salary for your postion within your company and nation. Although your company past three years' performance is another key factor. If your salary increases in a path as same as company growth, you will be fine. Otherwise, pay extra attention to it
