Thank u for your reply, Yes, I lost the first one I94 card when I entered USA.and in 2000, I transfered my status to F1,I got a new I94 card then.
-Do you mean you never came back to China since you entered US since before 2000? Anyway, if you have no choice, you file your I-485 with what you have. The I-94 number is the one of your current status (F-1, H1 or other?). If you get the RFE or interview, youy just explain what happened. By the way, is your spouse a US citizen who sponsor your green card?
but unfortunly, someone broke my car and stole all baggages, even my I-20, so now I don't have any I94 card with me.
