我兒子今年考上大學,由於我們沒有綠卡,交不起學費,非常痛苦!昨天140批了,我們又看到了一線希望,我準備兩星期後提交485,估計兩個月後能拿到EAD和AP.請問怎樣操作才能盡快申請到FAFSA?

-Your child need to get the AP and then, use AP to go out of US (e.g. China, Canada or Mexico) and reenter US to get the Parolee I-94/status. Then , he can  be qualified for the FAFSA with the parolee status.

 開學前能趕得上嗎?

-It may be late, but contact the school for the details (different school may have different policy).
