我是EB2，PD Jan. 2008, 今年年初已file 485. 配偶file的是I-485 derivative，但沒有concurrent file而是這個月隨後遞交的。現在配偶的485 receipt上寫的PD跟receipt date一樣，都是今年四月份。難道不應該跟我的PD一樣，都是2008年1月嗎？
-Yes, When USCIS process your spouse I-485, they will make a decision based on your I-485 approval and your PD, so it does not matter what PD is your spouse I-485 at this point.
如果這是移民局的錯誤，我需要打電話要求更正嗎？

另外，配偶收到的receipt上的A#是個新的，而不是以前用的或者是我們申請表裏填的A#，這是什麽意思呢？
-Fine. This new A# will be the formal A# (shown on the future green card).
