-No. Your child has to be in parolee status to be qualifed for FAFSA, and that means your child has to use AP to go out of US and come back to get the Parolee status (Parolee I-94 at the port of entry). The Parolee status (I-94) is valid for one year. After one year, your child need to do it again if he/she needs to be parolee status continually. Of course, if he/she get the green card, not need this any more.
