如果485遞交後180天，我從一個學校換到另一個學校，是不是應該辦H1transfer？

-Had better do it, and if you don't, you have to use EAD to work.

如果換學校後485被拒，是不是要重新申請勞工卡，140？

-Yes, but normally your I-485 will not be denied (or say the risk is not increased just due to your job change) if your new job is in the same/similar area as the old job.
