問題是我哥很猶豫要不要移民美國，他想先來探親旅遊一次，再決定。他讓我先不要辦理任何手續，不要付任何費用，請問這個費用可以拖多久？

-If there is not deadline, a few months delay is OK. Anyway, if you don't pay the fee, they will not process your case.

還有一個問題是，當初申請的時候，沒有申請嫂子，請問現在如何才能加上嫂子的名字呢？

-She just completes another immigration application form together with your brother's visa application following the NVC Instructions (NVC will send the instruction to you).
