根據AC21，180天後"the I-485 can be approved based on an alternative job offer, as long as that offer is in the same or similar job category as the position in the labor certification / I-140 upon which the I-485 was based."
我對如何解釋"similar"不是很清楚，請問下麵兩種情況屬於 "similar" 嗎？
（1） 從一個大學的assistant professor 到另一個大學的assistant professor， 但是不同的專業。比如以前是psychology,現在是religious study, 或者以前是math, 現在是computer science.
(2) 從一個大學的tenur-track assistant professor 到另一個大學的non-tenure track assistant professor 或full-time instructor， 是同一個專業。
還有，如果換了個新學校，是不是他們需要幫我辦H1的transfer?
