EB2綠卡排期倒退到07年8月15號，具體是指什麽？

指的是485遞交日期，

-Yes, it mean only if is your PD before that date, you can file I-485 or your pending I-485 can be approved.

還是指priorty date？

我們家的情況是這樣的：

priorty date是2006年7月7日。遞交485是2007年7月1日（在NSC），當年9月轉到TSC。

排期倒退對我們有影響嗎？
