我下麵（昨天）不是說給中文學校上課，屬違例工作，將影響I－485。如果出境反簽回來可洗清。

但我剛延過簽證未滿180天。如果按新I-94算。我現在停止中文學校上課，那末此次I-94違例不滿180天。就不出境反簽也沒事。

-Your H1 extension within US can not remove this illegal work record. Only if you go out of US and use a visa such as H1 visa to enter US, then can this record be removed (USCIS only check your employment record from the date of your last entry).

新I-94的號碼與舊的一樣，隻是延了有效期。所以我不知能不能這樣算。請您澄
