我4月10日看到移民局網上狀態是卡寄出來了，昨天下午收到郵件說要再打指紋，不知道移民局在搞什麽？我們去年春天打的指紋，說再三四周寄收據，是什麽收據？
還要多久去再打指紋？然後多久能發卡？
國內爺爺病重，想帶女兒回國，沒收到卡，是不是隻能帶女兒去領事館辦旅行證，才能回國？
