2012年3月8日在移民局網站上查到485批準狀態，昨天（4月11日）查到My Case Status是Card/ Document Production，On April 10, 2012 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
上個月底（3月30日），由於485批準20多天沒收到卡，給移民局打了電話，今天收到回複的郵件內容如下：

This office was not able to complete the card with the documentation initially submitted. A request for biometrics will be submitted, please allow 4 to 6 weeks for receipt.（我去年打過指紋了）
請教老師，依郵件為準，還是以網上查的狀態為準？我的卡是不是寄出來了？
