我們的４８５終於遞上去並受到回製信。但是信上的SRC號和我勞工以前的不一樣。而且Privority date is the day my hu*****and's 140 approved.

Our attorney told us that our priority date is 2008, Dec.When we applied LC. But our 140 was approved in 2010. How this happen? Thanks a lot.

>> I don't know how this happens.  But if it really happened, it's wrong for sure.

We applied EAD, is that the reason?

>> No.

Or the immigration officer made mistake?

>> Yes.

If so, What should we do? Any suggestion is highly appreciated.

>> Call CIS to make sure your PD is correct in their system.  If not, ask them to correct it.

On this letter, They gave us new SRC No. Totally diferent with what my hu*****and's old one. Is it normal?

>> Why do you think it is NOT normal?  That's the case number, which should be unique for each and every case.
