LD人在國內，準備申請H4，公司的雇傭證明是必須的吧。我的麻煩是，前公司被現公司收購，我的H1上的公司名字，跟我現在工作的公司的名字對不上了。必須要由現公司提供收購證明文件的吧?
-Just provide the H1 approval notice and ask your employer to issue an employment letter to address that your 前公司被現公司收購 and thus, the current employer continue to sponsor your existed H1 based on the successor-in-interest rule. Your spouse just needs to show the H1 approval to the IO for the H4 visa application during the ineterview, and if the IO ask your current employment proof, then show this employment letter to the IO.
