各位老師,我這兒有三個關於移民簽證的問題。

（1）人在中國，如果已經參加了電子處理（electronic processing)，應該填DS230表還是DS260表？

（2）關於軍隊記錄怎麽樣獲得？我看travel.state.gov網上說，在中國millitary records are not available.這是不是說就沒必要用了？

-Did you join the Chinese Army? I don't know why you need this record for immigration to US. Anyway, if you can not get the record, may just say  it is not available.

（3）civil documents要求petitioner的結婚證原件或公證書。如果參加電子處理，可以將原件掃描，但是去簽證的時候需要帶原件嗎？
