1. 在中國駐歐洲大使館出證明老婆父親曾用名＝現用名，然後叫公證處用現用名出公證。（缺點：不一定能拿到曾用名證明，花時間也長）

-I am curious that her father should have the name change certificate, should haven't he? If yes, just mail this certificate to China to show to the 公證處. －嗨，說來話長。名字在國外改的，按理說是應該中國領事館出改名證明。但是當年去歐洲的移民很多改名換姓等著大赦居留權。挺麻煩的

2. 拿來村委會證明自己在美國公證（缺點：移民局可能不認）

-If you has no choice, you can ask a Chinese immigration lawyer to do it for you (normally the immigration lawyer is also the Public Notary (has the liecese). 可不可以推薦律師？

-Any Chinese-born immigration lawyer should be fine.

Another choice is to find another 公證處 in China to notarize it. Some 公證處 in China may not care about it.詢問過其他公證處，但是他們好像沒有異地管轄權

4. 讓當地政府出證明說出生證UNAVAILABLE，原因就說是超生未報戶籍再加上年幼就移民出國。（缺點，有沒有成功案例？）

-Not good. 我在這裏問因為我的移民律師（老美）這樣建議

-If you have no choice, you can do it. Anyway, try everything you can.
