我lp申請的生物領域的niw的綠卡，我們的排期是2009年1月，
我lp現在的老板沒有funding了，支持我lp到2月9日，然後給3個月的personal leave來找工作，現在情況是我在另外一個城市的大公司上班了，現在是opt，我lp也過來了，剛剛找到了一個full time的h1b的工作，和現在的工作以及niw的領域完完全全一致，正式的offer會在下周出來，但是，因為我lp現在在休personal leave沒有paycheck，所以，不能辦理h1b的transfer，隻能辦理新的h1b，都是non-profit的h1b,

1.一旦我lp拿到了正式的offer,我們能不能馬上開始遞交485？有沒有風險？
