-Normally no. But if her F-1 visa is approved, the VO nromally will cancel her B2 visa.
2. 我有綠卡，跟女友結婚之後，她能否隨我5年之後一起轉公民？
-No. She has to become a green card holder first.
3. 如果女友以旅遊簽證來美跟我結婚，我給她遞交綠卡申請，那麽她在美停留算不算非法？
-She will be illegally prensent after her B2 I-94 expires because she can not file I-485 until her priority date is current (may take 3 years unless you become US citizen). So, she had better get the F-1 visa or change her status to F-1 after using B2 visa to enter US. Or she just stay illegally until you become a US citizen.
