-Same as EB2 and it normally take about one year for whole process (i.e. advertisement, recruiment, PERM approval and I-140 approval).

批之前就不能換工作了吧？

-The problem is if you change job, the employer may not do it or withdraw it before the I-140 approval. So, had better wait for the I-140 approval and then, you can use the priority date (PD) for future EB2 PD.
