父母綠卡申請的問題

正在準備給父母申請綠卡, I-130/I-485 concurrent filing. 在填寫485時遇到一個問題，想請教一下。

Part 2. Application Type

應該選擇 a 還是 h 呢？

a. An immigrant peition giving me an immediately availabe immigrant visa number that has been approved...

h. Other basis of eligibility. Explain...
