我綠卡，前年幫LD交了I130， 已批。
但排期大倒退。 估計在我轉公民之前沒機會交 I485。
我今年開始申請公民，現有兩個問題：
問題 １： 聽說等我成為公民後不要再交 I130申請， 可直接交 I485。 請問怎麽確保 USCIS知道我們的 I130 已經批了， 我們的排期也到了？
-Just write a letter to USCIS to ask them to upgrade your I-130 from F2A to the Immediate Relatives of US Citizen by stating that you have become a US citizen. Enclose the copy of the I-130 approval notice and copy of your US citizenship citificate.
問題 ２： NVC CENTER問我們要 ＄88.00 AOS processing fee?
不知道這是什麽費用？
- That is Affidavit of Support (AOS) Fee for applicant who will apply for the immigration visa outside US using consular processing. If your spouse will file I-485 within US, do not pay any fee (include this AOS fee) to NVC. Just write a letter to NVC that your spouse will adjust status (I-485 filing) within US and ask them stop processisng your case in NVC.
這FEE必須要交嗎？ 一次性收費還是每年都要交， 多謝
