Thank you so much for your reply, 劍氣簫心! The size of my previous post also told me something is wrong, but I did not know how to fix it yet.

I will double check with the attorney whether the certified solution from Pijang works. Otherwise, I would have to bother my father-in-law back in China to get a notified copy there.
