我星期五給了公司30天notice. 我和老板開了會. 老板說從下周一開始就不用工作了。

那麽我的termination day是不是30天之後呢？

我的final employment date 是不是上星期五？ 還是30天之後？

另外以下是合同內容。請幫我分析一下我能否拿到30天的package?

Termination: The employer or the employee may terminate this agreement at any time upon 30 days written notice to the other party. In either event, the employee, if requested by the employer, shall continue to render her services, and shall be paid her regular compensation up to the date of termination.

Compensation upon termination: Upon any termination of this agreement, the employee shall receive all compensation due to her under this agreement up to the data of termination, such compensation to be paid to her as soon as possible and no later than regularly scheduled payment.

從你的情況來說，你問的日子應該都是上周五的三十天之後。而且你應該得到依合同規定的三十天的Compensation（反之正因為有此Payment，Final Date也應該是三十天之後）。
