question about retrogression

Hi, everybody:

   sorry, I could not type chinese with this computer.

   my question is :do they still approve i485 before may 1st when they knew it will be back to 2007? or they just do preadjudice and hold there?

   my PD is 7/2008;RD: 1/3/2012; FP:2/14/2012; EAD:2.25/12
